A typical luncheon/dinner event for 60 guests may be designed as follows:
1. Four people per table;
2. First course: Crystal Seafood Salad (for 4 servings);
3. Appertiser: Hue Combo or Banh Beo (8 pieces / 4 servings);
4. Main course: Each guest may choose among a recommended selection of popular dishes or from our Full Menu. Please see more details below(*);
5. Desert: Khoai Mon Bach Qua (for 4 servings). Tea and water included;
6. Premium Beer, Wine, Soda and additional deserts (Che`) are also available.
7. Price: $15.00 per person
(*) The following delicious dishes are most popular and will surely make your guests very happy. A guest may choose one:
